wah wah wah!!! i really neglected this blog!! not even a single post for the whole of october!! muahahahahahah...

well nothing much anyway... usual routine... wake up, school, come home, play, sleep.. that kind... sigh... but well sch's quite ok.... except for the tonnes of assignments, projects, reports, presentations etc.. glad all those are over for now!!!

hmm what else?

oh yeah.. i made a bouquet of roses for her birthday... yes i made it... but i only did managed to give it to her 2 days after her birthday... oh well.. hope she liked it..

so yeah recess is here already...

i dun really know if i should be happy or sad abt it... i mean, hey its a break from school and stuff! but it also means that half of this sem is over already and we are approaching our quiz period and *gasp* its the exams already.

today i realised that im kinda lucky, coz to be frank, im quite free this recess. no tons of assignments or reports. no worries about a whole lot of quizzes to study for (pretty well-distributed and well spaced out over the next month!). and no fears of not being able to catch up with tutorials. yep too lucky. yn told me of her packed schedule next week (so sad, hard to find time to ask her out) and mine juz cant be compared to her.

oh well.. lonely weekend... juz have to look forward to next tue's ktv, and any other chance that i can ask her out... or even juz seeing her... haiz.. haha

Lesson of the day: Appreciate my family.

We're were talking abt photos today, like taking baby photos, having a photo album of your childhood and i commented at how they seem to stop after a certain age. then i juz wondered why. when was the last time i had a casual photoshoot with my family? why are we so trigger happy among our friends, yet not among our families?

come to think of it, it's no longer just the responsibility of my parents to keep this family running. my younger bro's already 19, not to mention the rest of us. and that makes us a family of adults, so it's really the responsibility of every member. yet i still feel the ice within the family.

well i guess God indeed gave us a good period to learn this lesson, when both my parents wouldnt be around for at least a week. i pray for their safety, and i pray for us siblings that we learn to depend more on one another rather than being 3 separate beings.

yep other than that everything's pretty normal... sleeping in lectures... struggling with tutorials... and my song presentation's this friday! omg...

yep praying for strength and wisdom, to lead me from temptations and to rely on Him always. =)

ps: oh yeah i took biz law... pretty cool.. i paid more attention in biz law than in emotions lor...

first week of sch over, and i'm quite drained out!

1) electives! i couldnt get what i want! until juz now changbin helped me got gv17! wee~ yeah 1 hmf2 to go...
2) eca booth and welcome tea. meetings and prep...
3) tutorials are hard! =x need time to start my engine all over again... 3 months of inactivity really hurts...

yep went out with the jc peeps ytd... went for pool b4 going for steamboat... i surprised myself, coz i've been playing good games ytd wee~ and steamboat was ok lah... yep some quality time spent b4 we get separated again (somehow)...

so 1 week of workload ahead! and man... i do need to get my engines started ><

suddenly i felt so tired of everything.

3 months of vacation is indeed long. cant say i did many things, but it's not few either. new friends, hanging out with friends, gaming, trying out mlm, foc, meetings, overseas vacation etc. i've had fun. 3 months have already passed just like that. i was even reminded that the virginia tech incident happened abt 4 months ago! and it felt so recent.

probably its time to end all these. time to go back to studying.

yep FOC was great! it was fun, made new friends, and i truly enjoyed myself, both in working (all the housekeeping etc) and in playing... shall upload the photos soon (i've got A LOT)

reached home at noon, and got knocked out all the way to dinner... haha that shows how tired i m...

checked edventure juz now, to find out that i've got french 2 and emotions... >< i wan my gv17!!! sigh T.T most prob i will be dropping emotions coz it ends too late on thursday... i need more time to get ready for 大组 which starts at 7pm!

man i love chilli... i love spicy food... pple who know me are often awed by how spicy i can take... think szechuan mala, chilli padi etc.. omg i so love them.... and its also a wonder how im so spicy-loving when my dad (being from canton and stuff) cant take even a tinge of spiciness (even pepper!)... im your typical singaporean XD

but sadly my tummy juz cannot tahan lah... eat too much tummy ache le T.T sigh...

anyway, was with bugis junction with sis and bro today, and man IT'S CROWDED. yeah i know it's a weekend, but it's a very special day to shop today too, coz we know it's the very last day before the govt starts to eat up more of our money. so it's shoppers' galore today! and guess what? i've decided to join in the crowd, and 'out of the whim' i bought 80 bucks worth of stuff.

80 bucks 0.o omg ><

oh well im not the type who does retail therapy often. so at least i can forgive myself for once. and it seems from what i bought i'm pretty preparing myself for school again muahaha... bought a jeep tee and converse shorts (they were on sale! 50% discount!) at seiyu, bought a pair of jeans for 30 bucks at s&k, and flip flops. guess a guy wouldnt really blog about his escapade at a sale.. but oh well since it's a once in a blue moon thing for me hehe..

before that, our cousin from china came to visit. he came informing of his plans to hold a 90th bday celebration for my grandma, and hoped that my parents would go to china around that period. my parents are indeed considering about it. a pity the 3 of us couldnt go due to school and work, but oh well...

yep that's it. planning for transformers on july 4! need to confirm with the guys........

today i did something what others would see as mad:

sight-seeing on bus no 2 from changi village to town!

lol went for reccee for foc, where we toured changi village and changi beach (caught sight of that old old resort that we spent 4 months in) while looking for suitable places for game stations. ate lunch and i proceeded to take bus 2 back, not knowing what route it will take and where this bus will bring me (i only know it will end up in town, that's all)

it's kinda interesting... first of all there's no bus 1 in singapore, so by right this is the smallest bus service number... and it follows the east-west mrt line vaguely, bringing me through various parts of east singapore that i dun frequent.

the places that this bus passes thru are kinda interesting... changi females' prison, private housing, industrial areas before coming to tenah merah... then bedok, a large hdb area, more private housing. then eunos where it passes thru great-eastern, aia and my workplace, ve. the region of sales and marketing, commonly feared by people haha. then shophouses around paya lebar region reflecting the olden days of singapore. and then into geylang, famous (or infamous?) for its good food and its 'night life'. then catch a glimpse of national stadium just before it's going down. furthur down ica building - lavender mrt and last but not least bugis (think parco bj and bugis village XD ) before going to bustling town area. im like wow, so many different sights all in just 1 bus ride.

diversity in unity huh.. lol.

thought of quite some stuff these few days... where should i begin?

ok think i should start from my market listing in work... in training we were told to list down all my contacts in my handphone... so i list lor... i think im one of the record holders.. about at least 200 contacts... but while i was writing it hit me, out of these 200+, how many have i kept in contact with? how many of them do i know? when was the last time i saw them? work aside, are frens supposed to be a 'hi and bye' thing... do they appear in juz one chapter of your life?

then got the news yesterday morning that a grandma of a fren in cf died, and i went down to her wake with a few frens last night. when was the last wake i really attended? life again is juz so fragile.. though death also means a new life with God, we should also treasure the time that God gave us in this world. to carry out His will, to spread His word, to treasure the people around us, etc etc etc... when i saw the body of my fren's grandma laid in the coffin, it juz struck me that we all will die off too.. the reality that seem so distant, yet so close..

now im troubled with work too... personally i dun really have interest in my work.. why im still here is more of a experience thingy... but now im contemplating stopping... but should i still try to carry on till the end of the hols? i know that i wont be doing it when sch opens... but why m i so eager yet so reluctant to stop at the same time? m i doing this for the possible prospects this job can give me? do i really want to benefit the pple ard me? or m i juz selfish, to make use of others so that i can gain? my mom kept telling me to stop coz there's no basic salary, and i get meagre commission for my first few deals... but.. but.. lots of buts...

haha its been a while since i last updated...

main event during this period - TIOMAN TRIP!

yep it was good. it was my first time there, and it's quite a nice place.. i wouldnt say it's very beautiful or what, but yeah it's good enough... though it's pretty much different from what i had expected of it.. juz a nice quite little beach, no seasports, not much activity whatsoever... we mainly did snorkelling (a total of 3 times...) and yeah it was quite ok... the last snorkelling trip was the best out of the 3, with the nicest view of corals and fish. but we did get to see a breathtaking view of the sky on our first one (no photos for that =( )... as it was very cloudy and it was about to rain, we get to see light beams shining thru thru the clouds from the beach and man it was beautiful... yeah basically didnt get to tan myself since it was so cloudy throughout.

results were out today! and it was out juz after midnight! stunned~ coz last year it was only out mid afternoon... so when danny came asking me, "eh results for aero out le mah? all the other got it le" i was skeptical at first, but stunned when i did get my results...

so yep im happy with my results:

maths 2 A+
maths 3 A
chem A! so happy...
eff comms B+ boooo
french A
astro B+

so yep i did better than last sem and it pulled my overall results... a lot of pple did better this sem too =) and i do hope to be able to get a scholarship if possible.... that will lighten the load of my parents by a lot...

so whats up?

erm... went out with jk and jeremy on sunday for a dinner at central.. yep it juz opened and there're quite a no of stores there already... had dinner at a restaurant that served japanese stuff on pasta... had pork cutlet curry rice, and it was quite ok... love the curry though XD... jeremy ordered beef curry rice and there was like not much beef on his... then walked abt a bit b4 finally stopping at coffee bean (belgian choc!!!!! whee~) for chit chat...

monday meeting at raffles city... and it was the first time i saw a '3d' floor painting... it looks weird when seen with the naked eye, but it turns out a beauty on photo... yeah its in my hp right now =D and the a cappella was gd...

tuesday and wednesday workshop.... shucks.... gd for me though, coz i can sleep XD but the catered food was gd though... first time seeing crayfish served in a catered buffet... asian delights on the 2nd day... yep we skipped the afternoon sessions, watched 'blades of glory' and played pool on both days....

thursday mtg again >< this time for ccf...

friday (which is tml) is KTV DAY!!!! WEEEEEEE~ cant wait for it XD

i finally took the time to sit read and reflect upon His word... it seems to tell me that the Lord is with the righteous, and no matter how they fall, with His wisdom they will rise again... what is the righteous and evil that is stated here? does the difference lie in the belief that Christ died for us? m i truly righteous?

when i went to read the daily bread online, i was a little shocked that the article for yesterday (coz it's US-based, so its still the 24th for them now) talks about my problem.. well it has be a couple of times since such 'coincidence' happened and im truly amazed at it every time...

四川麻辣火锅... 赞!

lol yep went for a steamboat (buffet?) dinner with the ccf pple, and i didnt know it was a sichuan restaurant until i reached kallang... lol yep it's a restaurant at geylang lr 9, juz nearby the yong he tau hwee zwee stall... and yep i'll say it's gd.. much better than sakura and its cheaper too... the best part is the soup base being 麻辣 muahahaha...

think i was the only one who ate pure 麻辣.. the rest went for the normal soup base, while some went for both... yep it's a gd lv of spiciness... not unbearable, and shiok... and of coz for those who know me, tissue paper is a godsend... hahahah XD

yep and we celebrated hong chi's bday at yong he hahaha... couldnt finish my tau hwee zwee... and he's flying off to florida tml for 2 months... wish him and zhuoxian all the best working there.. grad le... next phase of life le =)

oh yah and who havent watch spidey 3? watch with me leh... jeremy pang seh me...

went to sch today to study chem as usual, but i forgot my notes ><>< NOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOO hate chem... so i came back home and spent the WHOLE day doing and figuring out 3 papers and MAN IM SO WORN OUT..

and i havent touch 1 single maths 3 paper yet =.=

hmm maths was... i cant really described it...

a lot of the guys said that it was a killer... maybe they exaggerated, maybe it is real.. i found it kinda average.. the easy questions are easy, while the hard questions can be really hard... i couldnt do a few parts, and im unsure of a couple more... but i have less confidence than maths 1... really afraid that i cant get my A, since this is one of my more confident subjects...

yep so there goes my 1st yr of studies, and the exams are juz abt to begin...

while studying last thurs at s4, we saw a whole grp of final yr students taking photographs together and such... yep it's their final sem already, and as they are business students (or so i thought) they wont be having much papers to worry abt too... graduation... something im looking forward to, yet not so at the same time.... im eager to go out and work so as to help support the family; my parents are old and they are tired.. but at the same time i wanna enjoy being a student... i doubt working life is as fun as student life...

yep so i have been studying the past few days... i think i studied more than i did last sem, which proves that i really need to study in sch... haha yet im here at home on a saturday morning...

and shucks right on the night of friday the 13th, i got my ict notification.. it came as a shock, coz what i thought is that since my unit is a evergreen unit, there's little chance that i'll serve my ict while still being an undergrad... guess i hit the jackpot, and a large one at that... high key de >< nvm start to clear first...

omg 1/3 of april is already over!!!! in a blink of an eye!!!

yep it's easter today!!! so i had my confirmation in church today =) that means im finally part of the church from today onwards! well i nv thought that i would feel so jittery in front of the whole church when the ceremony is being held... i was like hoping for everything to end quickly, but yep im still glad i went for it =)

actually now im feeling more relaxed now... all projects done so that's a whole load off my shoulders... most of the quizzes are done... yep first time i felt that chemistry was easier than french HAHAHA... felt that organic chem is so much easier than inorganic.. XD so all that's left is ASTRO QUIZ and french oral... omg astro... there's like tonnes of info to absorb and memorise...

yep final lap for my first year here... exams in a week's time, and freedom in three... time flies indeed... nv knew it had wings...

i've been thinking as to y i dread going to church sometimes... i guess it's coz im kinda lonely there... most of the pple abt my age grp are like gone... everyone there is like so much older or so much younger than me... and i cant clique with them... it doesnt help that i've been in church for quite a while... since i've left it for quite a period of time..

that's y i treasure the time at ntuccf... coz i dun feel such warmth in my own church...

and it's a big worry.... what would become of me once i leave ntu?

yep i've always been trying to please those around me... i've taken personality tests (those real ones conducted by professionals.. not those cheapo ones u find online) that show that im this kind of person... but i should always be reminded that the most important thing is to please Him...

so im back XD

well overall its been a nice trip but it juz gets less and less interesting each day... dunno maybe i juz dun like doing the activities...

day 1:
i reached the airport at 4.30am =.= i misjudged the timing, since i was 'lucky' to get a cab right when i reached the road.. and a cab fare that cost sgd30 =.= omg.... thats about 600 to 700 baht!! i could have gotten a lot more stuff with that cab fare... ><

anyway i was the first to reach and the rest thought i was crazy.. oh well.. so we flew... and i got a nice pic of the sky coz it was ard sunrise... havent transferred my photos over yet >< we reached phuket at abt 9am there and we got on a guided tour ard some places as we couldnt check in yet.. i HATE guided tours =.= je deteste! no freedom, so many restrictions... though the cashew place was quite ok... had lunch at james bond where i had pineapple rice! oishii~ hmm too bad i didnt get to try their phat thai thru out the whole trip =(

check in at noon and then its the beaches.. sadly the first thing i see is locals trying to 拉客, another thing which i hate a lot.. but then thats how they do business... since patong beach is filled with tourists, we got over to freedom beach where the water is VERY clear! though the beach is quite rocky and littered with debris.. yep so we hiked, we played in the water, we kayaked and we used a buoy as a swing lol... enjoyed that the most thru out the whole trip..

night time, dinner and shopping ard the street shops... sadly ALL the tom yams we've eaten in the trip was so DISAPPOINTING! WHERE'S YOUR FAMOUS SPICY TOM YAM?!!?!?! even a normal chilli is spicier... pui.. summore no chilli padi to give me some kick.. anyway meals are ok and the shopping was cool... we learnt to bargain! xp was so happy with his 850-to-200 baht fake oakleys lol.. and we had fun at bang la street where it's the most happening.. it's even ob to vehicles! "TOMORROW NIGHT!" our catch phrase for the trip haha... that was from a muay thai stadium at the end of the street, which blasted out verbal ads to get some business... but the price is a killer... anyway got some stuff (boardshorts and singlets).. ended the day with a short card game with some tequila and then its a date with 周公..

2nd day:
woke up early so we could go to phi phi! the trip was boringly long however... and it took a total of like 3 hours juz to get to the main event... so i juz slept at least half the way there... then it was the aqua aquarium where we stepped into a pool of fishes! lol more screaming from the gals as usual, but it was quite fun... and then it was snorkelling! way damn cool.. coz i cant swim i was damn afraid, but thnx to ham i got a bit more used to it and yeah really enjoyed it alot.. and i kicked pj on the head >< SORRY!

lunch and more shopping... enough said.. oh yeah it was here that we got our spiciest tom yam so far in the whole trip, but it wasnt good enough and it's not as sour too... then we headed back and i slept summore... oh yah a 5th ninja turtle was born on our way back in the minibus XD

yep dinner and MORE shopping... and we nearly got pulled into watching a tiger show... luckily we managed to get away in time.. so it was back to the hotel with more card games and alcohol... seriously chang beer SUCKS! and i read that chang beer is the current most popular beer in thailand.. maybe coz it's cheap... yep damn seh that night... but didnt get drunk... luckily... maybe coz of the chips and the brownies =)

3rd day:
woke up late, late breakfast and then its a trip to phuket town... daemon and xp rented bikes and poor daemon's bike really caused him back luck... 1. a fine for not wearing a helm.. he gave it to yx who was his pillion... 2. he lost his bike keys... luckily he managed to get a keysmith to remake one... and 3. his bike stalled while approaching a slope.. still not that bad for him, but it caused us to split up and we got worried over nothing.. as daemon said at the expo market there, "why is there no coke? must be my unlucky day..."

so its a day of rushing and waiting.. didnt really enjoyed it.. the fun only started at the airport when we were catching our flight back.. rain impersonations, recalling the whole trip, photo taking, discussing out post-trip dinner etc.. and the card game on the flight back... frantic XD

so i managed to get home through drop-offs and the night rider (thank God it's FRIDAY!!) and reached home at about 3.30am... to see both my sis and bro awake =.= as usual....

yep thats so abt it =) my first trip to phuket XD

well juz one thing perhaps.. maybe it really got out of control.. the misunderstanding.. nothing i could say or do..
and i have to had that dream last night =.= made it all so worse..

it's 2am already and im not sleepy at all >< maybe its that nap i had.. or maybe the heineken i drank juz now..

time really flies... all of the sudden its the mid term break already... that means the exams are coming up next! gasp~ was kinda shocked that time really passed by so quickly.. and im not the only one who felt that..

ok back to recess... basically not much plans.. i need to study for my 3 quizzes that will take place right after the recess, and i've got eff comms group assignment to do also =.= and i've only got limited time coz i'm flying off to phuket next wednesday! (WEE~)

recent terrorist attacks in southern thailand made my mum really worried... so i juz pray for safety bah... yah..

but i also feel like going out and unwind a bit... alot of stuff has happened in this short period... and i've not really fully recovered from everything...

i thought i could handle a 4 day work week... squeezing everything into 4 days so that i could have a long weekend... now im feeling the physical strains of it...

current time table:
monday 8.30am - 5.30pm with 2 2-hr breaks... a relaxing day imo
tuesday 8.30am - 6.30pm + 2 hr lunch break + fellowship from 7pm to 9pm
wednesday 9.30am - 4.30pm with a 3 hr break.. relaxing again...
thursday 9.30am to 6.30pm + 1 hr lunch break + fellowship from 7pm to 9pm

now that i look back its mainly tuesdays and thursdays which are very taxing... basically its a whole day of lessons and activities, causing me to be worn out after it, like what im feeling right now...

maybe i juz need some time to get used to it...

and oh yeah.. i wont be going for ict till i graduate wor~ but still need to take ippt >< wonder if my back's ok for ippt or not...

speaking of injuries, i sprained my ankle today... shucks... and driving test is next tues... need to pray for my ankle ><

well spent the first week of 2007 already, and yep it was quite ok...

the year started off with lyanna's bday! yep her bday falls on 1 jan... haha so a few of us went to nyny at city hall to celebrate over lunch... and i ordered this whole spring chicken for 17 bucks... man was it HUGE... i couldn't finish it... well almost... and i was already full enough not to have dinner that day hahahahahaha... yeah and i tasted my very 1st fried mars bars (from chippy) after that.. heavenly taste hahaha.... and after that we went over to marina sq to watch blood diamond... it's a gd show... quite a gd story plot and it's captivating throughout the whole show...

and yep got a treat from jon at billy bombers a few days later... =) on the pretext that he missed my birthday party (thats what he said... oh well)

and i got my cranky ps2 to work for a while... managed to play a bit of ffxii... and i really like the changes they made to the game series... final fantasy rocks!

and yeah sch starts today... i didnt manage to get 2 of the 3 electives that i opted for, leaving me with only 15 au... well think i'll take fluid mechanics... and maybe astro too... adds up to 22 au wakakakaka oh well maybe not astro....

and yeah no internet for 3 days.... lol... that was the period of time when i was playing ffxii hahaha... juz that i had to use my lappy at mac ytd to get my timetable... oh well ~

i'm home...

the past week has been fufilling.. God has his plans for kemayan indeed... probably His intention for our trip was to cater to the children, and to make the first step in saving the parents of the many youths in the church...

kemayan is a small town in pahang, with the chinese being the majority there... most people there are worshippers of chinese gods, and alot of them had no idea who Christ really is... either they have not heard of His news, or they only know Him by name.. even when they know, they are bound by family pressure and traditions, and they are afraid of starting on the path of no return...

we have been plagued by rain at the early part of our trip.. johor was flooded badly (luckily the pontian team faced no such difficulties) wheras there were no sight of one in kemayan. (we were told that kemayan would be the last place in west malaysia to get flooded, proven by the great flood in the 1960s) we spent the first few days going door to door spreading the gospel and announcing the upcoming christmas events we would be holding in the church in the rain, then programmes for the children and youths after that... the youth programmes didnt really turn out as we planned, as most of the youth are teenage girls and a lot of them have parents who restrict their movement... we made quite a number of house visits too during the nights we spent there...

christmas eve was spent getting ready for the sunday service (i even went to triang to get flowers...) and we even had carolling (decided and organised on sunday itself haha, thank God) where we visited 3 homes... and christmas was spent decorating the church and getting ready for the 布道会 in the evening... after which we had to rush for the 11pm bus towards singapore...

so yeah that's basically a summary of what i did there... made many friends there and it was indeed hard to part with them... well it maybe the end of our mission trip, but it's not the end of our mission... may God bless the kemayan!

back from alpha camp... finally it's over! after like months of planning.. lost my voice in the process... haha actually i had already lost it on the first day wahahhahahaha so i was like dousing myself with 枇杷膏 and the likes for the past few days ><>< oh well at least i still had my lappy.. have to find out what's up...

over the past week i've seen and learnt quite a few lessons for myself... once again i've been reminded how lucky i m.. though i'm not well off, but at least im better than many pple out there, like those who lived in the 1-room flats in redhill i visited on monday... low income families and old lonely people living alone... i've lived here for 21 years and it was my first time actually visiting a 1 room flat.. and i learnt a lot..

i'm also reminded to be patient, since things will never turn out the way you expect them to.. almost every programme that we planned turned out that way, primarily due to time constraints... and family is important too, and it's time to stop taking my parents and siblings for granted...

well that's all i could recall for now... and i've got 1 more thingy coming right up: mission trip! woot my first time on such a trip... praying for a smooth trip and that we could be great tools for His great works!

oh well still went to zouk/phuture with the gang last night, and it was TOTALLY crowded in phuture... zouk still not that bad, but phuture is too packed, that according to daemon u can only move ur head on the dance floor...

but then it was gd.. and a lot more 'secrets' known...

so we stayed till 3+am, then went to river valley for supper and guess what? 10 of us squeezed in 1 merc benz!!! 2 of the gals at the front seat while the 7 of us squeezed behind... and the pple already eating at river valley were looking at us as we alight..

a fine supper it was, and we head back home.. reached home abt 5am, and i slept only for 3.5hrs before i got woken up by the telephone... sheesh..

fun fun fun =D

well we're supposed to meet at 9am, but due to some pple being late and some other complications, we only reached the beach by 10++am... so we had volleyball and some attempts to play ulti freesb, but the water was more luring =D budden it juz reminded me that i still cant swim... haiz...

so pretty had much fun at the beach... though some had to leave by then.. haiz..

so we went cycling! covered the whole island boundary (including the satellite!) in abit over an hr...

then we had to leave... supposed to have dinner at vivo, and they all went by car, while 4 of us had to go by bus... and due to the evening crowd, we took a damn long time juz to reach the visitor departure centre (juz enough for me to take a nap in the bus) and walk to vivo... haiz...

so we had dinner at the chicken rice stall.. and i nv want to go back there again... the service is super bad (having a lot of customers is not an excuse imo).. looking at the way they treat our food, and how they forgot our orders and need us to remind them, the stall gave me a very bad impression.. food-wise, i would say its satisfactory... the serving is gd if im to compare with the coffeeshops elsewhere, but normal if i were to compare by price (abt 8 bucks for a plate of steamed chicken rice, with soup, beansprouts, a drink and a small bowl of dessert.. not worth it imo)...

and it took a long time for me to get home.. sigh... feeling so hot and my shoulders are starting to sting...

a lot of things happened, to me and to my friends... good things, bad things...

basically this week is juz filled with stuff happening... aerofest, floorball, reports, green party, driving etc etc... emotional rollar coastal too, with both the highs and the lows... many things came and many things gone...

glad that all these is over for the week, and a relaxing saturday arrives (i hope)...

lol i was roped in by my friends for the street challenge organised by ntu sports club and we participated in floorball... and guess what, none of us played floorball competitively b4 (well the best for us were juz those fun sessions during jc pe days)..

anyway 1 word to say for our first two games on monday... thrashed... hahahahaha... 3-0 for the first game and 4-0 for the 2nd... haha we were fighting against pros who really know their stuff... the first game was against a grp of future pe-teachers (nie team) and the 2nd was against one of the best teams we've seen so far... but we still had fun! and that was the most important thing..

as for the 2nd day, we did discuss about how to play, and our first match of the day would be against a team with the sch captains for both the guys and the gals teams in it... *pressure* hahaha... so we played defensive... and the thing is, the ball rolled into their goalpost somehow (tyco siah), marking our first goal ever... were all laughing away at how it went (werent too clear at how the ball went in..) but still we lost to them 2-1, which in our point of view was much better than the prev day! even one of the guys from the nie team came up to us and said we played well, and i heard from a friend that the opposing team did comment that we did had quite a defense... haha pretty cool to hear that... and we tied the last game! haha so it's pretty cool~

but now im so tired and aching all over... so much for someone who didnt exercise for aeons... i did upload some pics onto my friendster account (left on hiatus for aeons too hahahahaha)... so yeah thats abt it lah...

haiz busy week coming ahead... reports, quizzes, assignments, and other commitments... never ending... 1 month to exams and 1st sem is gone juz like that...

i wonder what will happen after 1st sem... what will happen betw me and her... nuthing i guess...

anyway arranged my messy room abit... now i can use my lappy on the table, juz beside my desktop... lol i can run both at the same time now... well nuthing incredible...

i need help with econs... slept thru half of my lecture today.... that is bad T.T SOMEONE HELP ME!!! T.T

anyway im still coping with the many things thats bothering me, and i wanna prevent myself from entering another bout of depression >< need help from Him... so pray for me!!! yeah many things bothering me.... sch, exams, time management, relationships (all kinds), uncertainty, low self-esteem etc etc...

my sis mentioned b4 that my ears are very suitable for piercing... lol..

if i ever do it i would do 2, and then wear ear rings... lol... studs look funny on guys imo...

pretty free nowadays, since im done with some of my commitments... dunno if it's good or bad... things start to get pretty bored when u have free time and ur alone... no one on msn to chat... nuthing to do... shucks..

anyway the haze for the past few days is quite bad... reaching 140... visibility was so poor and the smell of the air was bad... luckily it cleared today... hope it'll stay this way for the coming week...

happy belated maf to all... though it's pretty boring for me... since i nv got to celebrate it... haiz...

i got reminded of my haircut again haha... since it's been quite a while since i last saw some of my friends... well some like my current hairstyle better (well most actually haha..), while a few preferred my long hair back then...

anyway i got reminded of my past too.. the time when i was in my all-time spiritual low.. when i kept skipping church and stuff... im glad that was over... and that i've gain much more faith and trust in Him then ever before... pray that i continue in my spiritual growth!

well that's for all... planning for the ktv we've been discussing abt for so long!!!

speaking of time... its hard for me to get a whole afternoon/evening/night free, and i got juz that this friday!!!! wanna go out have some fun, but i dunno if my classmates have the time =( damn sian... still no mood to study... haiz..

guess my blogging internal engine is building up again....

ever felt unappreciated? i did... even though im not doing stuff like helping others in order to get appreciation from others, i will get that feeling sometimes...

it juz makes me feel that people often take me for granted sometimes...

but i must constantly remind myself of one of the two greatest commandment, "love your neighbour as you love yourself." so yeah... it's all for Him, it's all about His love... ganbatte!

anyway i got 2 new free tees/polo! lol ntuccf de... haha they were clearing their room and they had these tees to giv out, so i juz got it =x and a new mouse! nice blue glow to it... pity it's white, coz my whole system's in black =x

oh well... nuthing much anyway... sch's all pretty normal... though i dont really get to talk to her much.. oh well.. oh yah met my industrial mentor today.. he's quite good, introducing me to a lot of new stuff... he even offered to take me on a tour around his workplace sometime... cool...

haiz im still busy... yeah with sch, busy with church, busy with tuition (my last week though.. my student's having his exams soon), and many other stuff... im considering to go on a joint mission trip the ccfs in ntu and nus to malaysia this xmas.. exactly where im not pretty sure... but yeah most probably i'll go...

so the quiz was over... yeah...

i didnt really care much abt how well i did for physics.. probably wont get full marks, but still a pass is gd...

maths was frantic... totally got the wrong answer coz i misinterpreted the question at first, then i was reminded of my misinterpretation and i rushed to redo my question.. so yah basically ok le...

oh well... guess it's over... juz need to get rid of this aero report...
